ABOUT ME

I completed my undergraduate studies at McMaster University where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. From there I went to the Ontario College of Health and Technology to obtain my Registered Massage Therapist license. I am certified in Cupping as well as Indie Head Massage.

Growing up, I played very few sports, only because once I found one I liked, I stuck with it. I started with Taekwondo, learning self defense and discipline. Later on, I fell in love with rock climbing and still participate to this day. You can find me climbing at Mount Nemo or the Niagara Glen on beautiful sunny weekends! As with most athletes, I suffered my own injuries and went through rehab. One being a rotator cuff and labral tear. With this injury I had to take a step back from climbing, but during that time I fell in love with body building. You can find me in competition prep and on stage at least once a year!

I am a firm believer that exercise plays a huge role in all physical rehab. I use it alongside all of my treatments to help bring you back to doing what you love.
